In season 1 episode 9 of Late Nite Eats, host Jordan Andino travels to Charleston, South Carolina, a city known for its rich history, beautiful architecture, and delicious cuisine. Finally, Jordan heads to Parcel 32, a modern Southern restaurant that offers late-night dining. Jordan talks to the executive chef, Shaun Brian Sells, who shares his passion for local ingredients and seasonal cooking. Jordan tries a variety of dishes, including the lamb steak with roasted carrots and turnips, and the grilled octopus with smoked bacon aioli.

Throughout the episode, Jordan also highlights some of Charleston's other famous dishes and beverages, such as boiled peanuts, sweet tea, Gullah cuisine, and Charleston red rice. He also talks to locals who share their love for the city and its food culture.
