Jordan's final stop in Calgary is a food truck festival, where he samples a variety of street foods from different vendors. He tries everything from poutine to tacos to fried chicken, all while experiencing the vibrant energy of the festival and chatting with the food truck owners.

Throughout the episode, Jordan also interacts with locals and gets their recommendations for late-night eats in Calgary.
