In Late Nite Eats season 1 episode 5, host Jordan Andino travels to Providence, Rhode Island, to check out some of the city's best late-night eats. First up is a visit to North, a restaurant that specializes in Western-style Korean fried chicken. Jordan meets up with owner James Mark, who shows him how they prepare their signature crispy chicken wings. Next, Jordan heads to The Hot Club, a local dive bar known for its unique grilled pizza. He meets with the legendary pizza chef Frank Terranova to try out some of his famous pies.

Jordan then goes to Red Stripe, a French-inspired restaurant with a late-night menu that features hearty dishes like burgers and poutine. He chats with Chef Chris Willome, who prepares a mouth-watering duck confit poutine for Jordan to try. Finally, Jordan goes to Harry's Bar and Burger, a burger joint that serves up specialty versions of the classic sandwich. He talks to owner Jeff Quinlan and samples their signature Prime Rib Burger.

Throughout the episode, Jordan learns about the history of each restaurant and what makes their late-night offerings stand out from the competition. He also gets to meet the chefs and owners who make these establishments such vibrant parts of Providence's late-night food scene.
