In this episode of Late Nite Eats, host Jordan Andino is in Vancouver, British Columbia to explore the city's late night food scene. From sushi to poutine, Vancouver has a lot of unique culinary offerings that are worth staying up late for.

Jordan begins his night at Guu with Garlic, a Japanese izakaya that specializes in small plates. He orders a variety of dishes, including grilled squid and tako wasabi, a dish made from raw octopus marinated in wasabi. Jordan also tries several different types of sake, which Guu with Garlic is known for.

Next, Jordan heads to Japadog, a food truck that serves up hot dogs with Japanese-inspired toppings. He tries the Oroshi, a hot dog topped with grated daikon radish and special sauce, as well as the Kurobuta Terimayo, a hot dog wrapped in bacon and topped with teriyaki sauce, mayo, and seaweed.

Jordan's next stop is Fritz European Fry House, a late night spot that serves Belgian-style fries with a variety of different sauces. Jordan tries the poutine, a Canadian classic made with French fries, cheese curds, and gravy. He also tries the Samurai sauce, which has a spicy kick to it.

After indulging in some savory snacks, Jordan heads to Cartems Donuterie for something sweet. Cartems specializes in artisanal donuts with unique flavors like Earl Grey, Matcha, and Lemon Thyme. Jordan tries the Whiskey Bacon, a donut topped with whiskey glaze and bacon crumbles.

Jordan's last stop of the night is The Roxy, a legendary music venue that has been around for over 25 years. The Roxy is not only a great spot to catch live music, but also serves up delicious comfort food late into the night. Jordan tries the mac and cheese bites, which are mac and cheese balls coated in panko breadcrumbs and fried to perfection.

Throughout the episode, Jordan meets the chefs and owners behind each establishment and learns about their unique culinary backgrounds. He also discovers the vibrant late night food culture in Vancouver and the diverse range of cuisines the city has to offer.

Overall, this episode of Late Nite Eats provides a mouthwatering and entertaining look at Vancouver's late night food scene. From izakayas to food trucks to music venues, Vancouver has something for every late night craving.
