Ep 10. Spring Unsprung; Bumbling Bees

Squirt has big plans for the first day of Spring. He's going to wake up his buddy Felix the frog from his winter hibernation. Miss Spider warns him that Felix might not be ready to wake up. Everybuggy has to follow their natural rhythms. But Squirt is optimistic. Felix has been sleeping all winter. Bounce tags along to help wake up Felix. When they reach Taddy Puddle they find that waking the little frog up is a lot harder than they anticipated and convincing him that Spring has arrived is kind of hard when there is still snow on the ground. Felix tries his very best to stay awake but his body keeps telling him to sleep. He nods off in the middle of their adventures and misadventures. When Felix narrowly escapes a blue jay attack, Squirt has to admit that Felix is just not ready to come out of hibernation. Felix crawls back into his mud hole. He'll see Squirt when Spring really arrives. Bounce and Squirt trudge home-in a snowstorm. An early Spring snowstorm covers Sunny Patch in white. It seems as if Spring has forgotten Sunny Patch. The following morning Squirt dashes outside at the sight of the glistening countryside;It's web-weaving day at the Cozy Hole, Miss Spider is spinning while the kids test the webs. Dragon doesn't want to be a web tester, it's boring, he'd rather be.... a bee! Miss Spider agrees, as long as he's the best bee he can be. Queen Beetrice and Honey give Dragon everything he needs, including honey comb of his very own. Dragon has an awesome time gathering nectar with Honey and he learns a lot of important bee skills, but being a bee is more work than he thought. After only his first trip back to the honey comb Dragon's pooped, he had no idea being a bee was so much work! Just as he's about to call it a day Dragon's new bee skills are put to the test when ant brothers Ned and Ted strand themselves trying to steal his honey.
