Ep 16. Little Ladybug Lost; A Beetle-Ful Family

Shimmer has set up a scavenger hunt for Snowdrop and Pansy, but the Spider sisters run into the best scavenger of them all - a cute and spunky little Asian ladybug named Grace. Grace is kinda new to Sunny Patch, but she has already made great friends with Stinky and his sister Whiffy, who is visiting Sunny Patch for the summer. When Miss Spider walks Grace home from the Hollow Tree one evening, she gets the feeling something is not quite right. Indeed, it turns out that Grace is living on her own. When her family flew off after waking up from their winter hibernation, they accidentally left Grace all alone. When Stinky and Whiffy learn that Grace is on her own, they volunteer to take her in until her family returns in the fall. Grace happily moves into "Camp Stinkbug" for a summer of fun;It's fall! Grace, the little lost ladybug, is sure her family is heading back to Sunny Patch. She enlists the help of Stinky, his sister Whiffy and the Spider family to spruce up the hollow log where the ladybugs used to live. The log gets fixed up, but soon the snow arrives. It's pretty clear that Grace's family is not going to make it back before winter sets in. Stinky and Whiffy, who let Grace stay with them for the summer, offer to take Grace in for as long as she needs. They love her and besides, these bugs are made for each other. Stinky and Whiffy are stinky stinkbugs and Asian ladybugs emit a gooey little stink of their own. A perfect match!
