Spindella and Spiderus are expecting spiderlings any day now. Spiderus is full of new dad jitters - using his webs to build buggy bouncers, buggy baby monitors, etc. He wants everything to be perfect for his baby bugs. Holley mentions that he used to serenade his and Miss Spider's unhatched babies - and that sometimes he could swear he heard the little unborn bugs sing back. Not to be outdone, Spiderus secretly tries crooning a lullaby to his egg sacs that night. But baby-smitten Snowdrop overhears and can't resist singing along, and Spiderus mistakes Snowdrop's voice for his babies'. His unhatched-lings are already musical geniuses! But when the embarrassed Snowdrop realizes what confusion she's caused, she stops singing. So Spiderus stays up all night desperately trying to make his little bugs sing back to him again. By the next morning he's lost his voice. Now there's no one to sing to his spiderlings! That's when Snowdrop fesses up. Since he prides himself on being a perfect papa, he figures taking care of their triplets should be a snap. He'll even use the time to paint their new nursery. But he quickly learns there's no such thing as a perfect parent when he over-reacts to every little pouty face, whimper and buggy rambunctiousness. Add to this he can't even get started on painting the nursery. He figures he must be the worst parent in Sunny Patch. With three bawling baby bugs in tow, Spiderus begs Miss Spider and Holley for help. But they point out that nobuggy's a perfect parent - even them. As long as you love your little bugs and are there for them the rest will follow. When Spindella returns, she finds Spiderus and their baby bugs cleaning up after a big painting mess th
