In this pun upon the famed movie title "Men In White," the Gang visits Darla, who is in the hospital recuperating from a tonsillectomy. Little Gary opens a laughing gas valve, and Alfalfa goes on a real giggle-bender until a well-aimed pitcher of water snaps him out of it.
