Paranormal Lockdown Season 3 begins with its first episode titled 'Episode 1.' Lead investigator Nick Groff and Paranormal researcher Katrina Weidman embark on yet another spine-tingling adventure, this time investigating a small town, Hinsdale, located in New York State.

Hinsdale has a reputation for being a hotspot for paranormal activity. The episode begins with Nick and Katrina driving through the small town, discussing the various reports of strange incidents that have occurred in the town over the years. They meet with a local historian who has been studying the town's history and hauntings. She fills Nick and Katrina on a few of the town's paranormal stories, which are enough to send a chill down anyone's spine.

Their investigation takes place at the infamous Hinsdale House, which dates back to the 1860s. The house has had multiple owners over the years but has been abandoned for long periods of time. It is now owned by Daniel Klaes, who currently runs ghost tours to investigate the paranormal activity in the house. The house has become notoriously famous for unexplainable noises, ghost sightings, and reports of exorcisms.

Nick and Katrina begin their lockdown investigation by setting up their cameras and equipment within the house, documenting every inch of the 3-story building. The lockdown takes place for 72 hours, which is the longest amount of time they've spent locked inside any property before. The two quickly get to work, mapping out the areas of the house that have the most activity and starting their investigation.

In the first few hours of their lockdown, Nick and Katrina experience frightening noises coming from within the house, they hear doors slamming, and even footsteps. Their investigation turns up numerous EVPs (Electronic Voice Phenomena), where spirits can be heard communicating through the white noise of their recordings. As the night progresses, the activity inside the house intensifies, with both Nick and Katrina experiencing a heightened sense of fear and unease.

One of the most notable incidents that occur during the episode is when Katrina and Nick discover an old closet at the top of the stairs that has an iron ring on the outside. The two begin to investigate the closet, and Nick attempts to open the door, but the door will not budge. Suddenly, the iron ring on the door begins to rattle violently, causing Nick and Katrina to jump back in terror.

As the investigation continues, Nick and Katrina set up thermal imaging cameras and night vision cameras throughout the house, capturing ghostly apparitions that seem to come and go at a moment's notice. They also employ a medium to help them with their investigation, who seems to have contact with the spirits in the house.

The episode concludes with Nick and Katrina emerging from the house exhausted after a 72-hour lockdown, with a ton of paranormal evidence in tow. Throughout the investigation, they encountered numerous paranormal experiences that left a lasting impression on them. Paranormal Lockdown Season 3 episode 1 serves as an intriguing start to the season and leaves viewers with the anticipation of what the next episodes hold.
