As the 17th season of Pawn Stars rolls on, Episode 3, "Boats and Bros," offers another glimpse into the unpredictable world of Las Vegas pawn shops. This time around, the crew at the World Famous Gold & Silver Pawn Shop are on the lookout for some unique nautical treasure.
The episode starts off with Chumlee and Corey keeping an eye out for the store's newest addition: a vintage 1960s boat. The guys are excited about the potential profit, but they'll need Rick's approval before making the purchase. Meanwhile, Rick is dealing with a different kind of vessel: a World War II-era Army Jeep. The jeep is in rough shape, but Rick sees potential to restore it and turn a profit.
Later on, a gentleman named Bob comes into the pawn shop with a huge painting of a WWII aircraft carrier. The painting is massive, and Rick is immediately smitten with it. However, Rick is hesitant to buy the painting without first consulting with his art expert, Brett.
As the day wears on, the guys at Gold & Silver Pawn Shop continue their search for nautical treasure. They get their hands on a vintage Sextant, an old tool used for navigation on ships. The Sextant looks great, but the guys have to make sure it's in good working order before they can sell it to a potential buyer.
As if all these nautical finds weren't enough, the episode also features an interesting piece from the world of sports. A man brings in a wrestling belt from the 1980s, and the crew has to determine its authenticity before making an offer.
Throughout "Boats and Bros," Pawn Stars viewers will see the shop's team of experts use their combined knowledge to determine the value of each item brought in. They'll haggle with customers, consult with outside experts, and use every trick in the book to make sure they get the best deal possible. And as is often the case in Pawn Stars, there are plenty of surprises along the way.
Overall, Episode 3 of Pawn Stars' 17th season serves up plenty of excitement, intrigue, and unexpected twists and turns. Whether you're a longtime fan of the show or just tuning in for the first time, "Boats and Bros" is sure to entertain.
