Ep 22. Hello Elaine

Larry and Balki are excited to attend a high-profile gala event at their workplace, but are crestfallen when they realise they haven't been invited. Meanwhile, Elaine is in the midst of a new social experiment. She is determined to connect with her coworkers on a deeper level, and has set a goal for herself to learn all of their names and interests. When Larry and Balki catch wind of this, they come up with a crazy plan to infiltrate the event and mix with the guests as if they belong there. Along the way, they encounter a few obstacles, including a snooty event planner, an overzealous security guard, and a few coworkers who are on to their scheme. Meanwhile, back at the office, Elaine's social experiment begins to yield some surprising results. She finds that by investing time and effort into getting to know her coworkers, she is able to better communicate with them, and in turn, they are more willing to listen to her ideas and suggestions. As Larry and Balki navigate their way through the gala, they begin to realise that it's not about mingling with the elite, but about connecting with the people who matter most. When Elaine discovers their plan, she is initially upset, but quickly forgives them, telling them that their antics helped her realise the true value of workplace relationships. In the end, Larry, Balki, and Elaine all come away with a renewed appreciation for their coworkers, and a newfound respect for the power of simply saying "hello."
