Larry has been studying diligently for the final exam in his journalism course, but his overwhelming anxiety about whether or not he'll graduate has resulted in a series of bad dreams that leave him feeling even more uncertain. Balki, on the other hand, is feeling quite confident that he'll pass all of his courses with flying colors, despite the fact that he hasn't really been studying all that much. However, when he comes across an old book filled with notes from a previous student, he decides to use it to his advantage and sneakily memorize all the answers.

As Larry becomes more and more stressed out, he begins to take his frustration out on Balki, who only wants to help his friend. When Balki finally confesses that he has been cheating, Larry is initially outraged. However, after a heart-to-heart conversation, the two realize that they both have their own unique talents and strengths that complement each other perfectly. In the end, they both pass their exams and graduate, proud of themselves and each other.

Meanwhile, Jennifer is having some doubts about her own future when she finds out that her old high school sweetheart is coming to town for their ten-year reunion. As she reminisces about old times and wonders if she made the right choice by staying with Larry, she begins to question whether or not she's truly happy. It isn't until Larry reaffirms his love for her and tells her that he's proud of all she's accomplished that she realizes how lucky she is to have him in her life.

Overall, "The Graduate" is a heartwarming episode that highlights the importance of friendship and self-discovery. As Larry and Balki navigate the ups and downs of academia, they come to realize just how much they need each other and how much they're capable of achieving together. At the same time, Jennifer's story serves as a reminder that it's okay to question our choices and that the people who love us will always be there to support us no matter what.
