Reality Hell was a reality show that premiered on E! in 2009. The show pitted contestants against each other as they were forced to endure a series of humiliating and often disgusting challenges in order to win a grand prize of $100,000. The show was hosted by Brittany Furlan, a popular internet personality and comedian, and featured a panel of judges that included Matt Corboy and J.D. Barton. Together, the trio provided commentary and feedback on the contestants' performances.

Each episode of Reality Hell featured two teams of four contestants who were randomly selected from a pool of applicants. The contestants were all aspiring actors, models, or performers who believed that appearing on the show would boost their careers. However, they quickly realized that they were in for a much different experience than they anticipated.

The challenges on Reality Hell ranged from the mildly embarrassing to the downright disgusting. In one episode, the contestants were given a series of physical challenges that involved crawling through mud, being sprayed with a fire hose, and jumping into a pool of melted chocolate. In another episode, they were asked to perform a series of comedic skits while wearing comically oversized costumes.

The challenges were designed to test the contestants' limits and see how they would react under pressure. As they struggled to complete each task, they were constantly berated and humiliated by the judges and Brittany Furlan. The judges often made fun of the contestants' appearances, personalities, and career aspirations.

Despite the harsh treatment, many of the contestants on Reality Hell persevered and managed to win challenges. However, each episode ended with one team being declared the loser and facing elimination. The eliminated contestants were then forced to endure one final, humiliating challenge before being sent home.

The show was notorious for its controversial content and harsh critiques. Some critics felt that the show was exploitative and encouraged bullying, while others praised it for its unique concept and comedic value.

Despite the mixed reviews, Reality Hell proved to be a ratings success for E! and ran for a total of six seasons. It also helped to launch the careers of several of its contestants, including comedian and actor Chris D'Elia.

Overall, Reality Hell was a challenging and often uncomfortable show to watch, but it provided a unique and entertaining glimpse into the world of reality TV.
