Ep 16. Marriage: Impossible

While Robert is making changes to the restaurant, he's also working with Scott and Amanda on their personal issues. He sets up a series of exercises and challenges that push the couple out of their comfort zones and force them to communicate and work together. Robert also brings in a therapist to help them sort out their problems and rebuild their relationship.

Throughout the episode, Robert is met with resistance from both Scott and Amanda, who are reluctant to change and let go of their old ways. However, as the days go on, they begin to see the positive impact that the changes are having on their business and their relationship.

In the end, the restaurant has a grand re-opening, and the customers are thrilled with the new menu, decor, and service. Scott and Amanda are also in a better place, having resolved some of their personal issues and committed to working together as a team. Robert leaves Smitty's knowing that he's made a difference not just in the restaurant, but in the lives of the people who run it.
