The Windseeker Restaurant in The Dalles, Oregon, was unique because of its stunning view of the Columbia River. However, it was plagued with bad food, bad service, and a bad reputation. Robert had to recreate the menu, train the staff, and even help the owner's son to get along with the new chef.

In this season finale, Robert returns to these restaurants to see if the changes he implemented were successful, or if the owners had fallen back into their old ways. He meets with the owners, goes over their records, observes their kitchens, and even tastes the food.

Each revisit brings its own unique challenges, successes, and failures. Robert discovers that each owner has had their own set of problems and accomplishments since he last worked with them.
