Meanwhile, Salem, Sabrina's talking cat, is trying to impress his new girlfriend, a stuffed cat named Plinko. Salem enlists the help of his magical friend, Enchantra, to make Plinko come to life. However, things go awry when Plinko becomes too clingy and Salem realizes that he may have made a mistake.
Overall, "First Kiss" is a classic teenage romance episode with a magical twist. Sabrina and Harvey's relationship is tested as Sabrina learns the consequences of using her powers to manipulate their relationship.
