School-Live! (English Subtitled) Season 1 Episode 2 Memories

Yuki continues to live in her fantastical world, but the other girls are starting to become more aware of their bleak reality. In episode 2 of School-Live!, titled Memories, we get a deeper look into the backstory of some of the girls and how their lives were before the outbreak.

Another flashback shows Kurumi, one of the more level-headed members of the group, before the outbreak. She's seen waiting for her crush, Shuu, at the school gates. This flashback is particularly heart-wrenching, as we know she'll never be able to see him again.

As the episode progresses, the girls start to realize that they need to be more self-sufficient if they want to survive. They begin collecting rainwater and growing vegetables on the rooftop garden. They also start to explore the school more, finding hidden rooms and areas they never knew existed. However, these adventures are not without their dangers.

One scene in particular shows Yuki and Miki exploring the school's basement. Yuki is her usual bubbly self, while Miki is much more cautious. It's clear that the two have very different personalities, but they're still able to work together to overcome the challenges they face.

Towards the end of the episode, the girls sit down to eat a meal together. It's a simple moment, but one that's filled with emotion.
