Sakaguchi Ruko, a quiet and introverted high school girl, finds herself becoming more and more involved in the mysterious world of WIXOSS, a popular trading card game. After receiving a deck of cards that she believes to be a gift from her brother, Ruko discovers that these cards are actually magical and capable of transforming into real-life beings called "LRIGs."

In episode 2 of "selector infected WIXOSS," titled "E 2," Ruko begins to explore the possibilities of her newfound powers as a Selector. Selectors are chosen individuals who have the ability to battle using their LRIGs in a strange alternate dimension known as the "Eternal Girls' World." As the battle commences, Ruko discovers that Tama is not an ordinary LRIG but, in fact, possesses a special ability known as "Growing."

Ruko's Battle with Yuzuki turns out to be intense, with both girls showcasing their unique strategies and card combinations.
