She also discovers that she has a talent for resolving conflicts and making people happy.

Meanwhile, Hasebe realizes that he has been selfish in his behavior towards Lucy. He apologizes to her and asks for another chance. Lucy forgives him and they decide to start fresh.

The episode ends with Lucy reflecting on her growth at the office and feeling grateful for the support of her coworkers. Hasebe makes a romantic gesture to show his commitment to their relationship, and Lucy smiles, knowing that she has found something special.
