  • November 16, 2020

The People's Court season 24 episode 21 titled "Dragging His Feet" revolves around one of the most complicated cases presented in the show.

The plaintiff in this case is a woman, Alexis, who owns a boutique and claims that the defendant, her former friend, Sharon, has taken advantage of their friendship and borrowed a lot of money from her. Sharon owns a shoe store and Alexis says she gave her about $5,000 to help her business but since then, Sharon has been avoiding her and hasn't paid any of the money back. The defendant, on the other hand, denies any wrongdoing and says she already paid the plaintiff back.

As the episode progresses, both parties present various pieces of evidence to prove their statements. Alexis mentions that they had an agreement in place and Sharon agreed to pay back the loan with an interest rate of 20%. She also produces several checks which Sharon wrote to her but bounced because of insufficient funds. Sharon, however, argues that Alexis has been harassing her and creating problems for her and that she has paid back the entire amount already, with interest.

Judge Milian listens attentively to both sides and tries to get to the bottom of the matter. She carefully examines the evidence provided and even asks for more details from both parties. At one point, she even has the plaintiff leave the courtroom so that she can talk to Sharon privately.

As the episode progresses, tempers flare and emotions run high as both parties present their cases. But Judge Milian remains calm and composed throughout. She patiently listens to everything they have to say and carefully weighs all the evidence presented, in order to come to a fair and just conclusion.

Eventually, after hearing both sides of the story, Judge Milian makes her decision. Without giving away too much, it can be said that her ruling will leave you on the edge of your seat.

Overall, "Dragging His Feet" is a gripping episode of The People's Court. With a complex case and plenty of drama, it's a must-watch for fans of courtroom TV shows.
