In the episode "Dream Scheme / You Snooze, You Lose" of The Powerpuff Girls season 2, the girls find themselves in two separate but equally dangerous situations.
In "Dream Scheme," Mojo Jojo creates a machine that allows him to enter the dreams of the citizens of Townsville. However, when he falls asleep while still connected to the machine, the girls must enter his dreams and defeat him in order to wake him up and prevent him from wreaking havoc on the city.
Meanwhile, in "You Snooze, You Lose," the girls are exhausted from constantly fighting crime and decide to take a well-deserved nap. However, they soon realize that they have fallen into a dangerous dream world where they are unable to use their powers and must rely on their wits to find a way out.
Both episodes highlight the girls' bravery, intelligence, and teamwork as they face challenges both within and outside of reality. Fans of the show will enjoy seeing their favorite superheroes face new and exciting obstacles while still staying true to the core values of the series.
