In the evening, Josh goes to Roppongi Hills, a modern development that includes luxury shops, restaurants, and a panoramic view of the city. He tries his hand at making sushi at a high-end sushi restaurant, where he learns about the different types of fish and how to properly cut them. Afterward, he takes a walk around the neighborhood and marvels at the city's towering skyscrapers and neon lights.
On his final day in Tokyo, Josh visits the Meiji Shrine, a serene oasis in the middle of the bustling city. The shrine is dedicated to Emperor Meiji and Empress Shōken, who played a pivotal role in modernizing Japan in the late 19th century. Josh observes a traditional wedding procession and learns more about Japanese wedding customs.
