The Voyager with Josh Garcia season 3 episode 1, "Aloha Spirit," follows Josh Garcia as he sets sail for the beautiful Hawaiian islands. As he journeys to the different islands, he experiences the unique culture and rich history of Hawaii.

Next, Josh sails towards the island of Maui to partake in an ancient Hawaiian custom, outrigger canoeing. Josh learns how the Hawaiians used these canoes to navigate the open seas and how this tradition is still celebrated and preserved by the locals. Along the way, Josh meets an inspiring group of women who share their passion for outrigger canoeing and how it has connected them to their heritage and culture.
Finally, Josh travels to the island of Kauai, known for its breathtaking landscapes and beautiful beaches. Here, Josh has the opportunity to visit the famous Waimea Canyon, also known as the "Grand Canyon of the Pacific." He explores the stunning scenery on foot and takes a helicopter ride to gain a unique perspective of the canyon from above. Josh also visits the Kauai Coffee Company, the largest coffee plantation in Hawaii, to learn how coffee is grown and processed to create their unique blends.
Throughout the episode, Josh has the opportunity to experience the Aloha Spirit, a Hawaiian tradition of hospitality, kindness, and unity.
