When John Boy decides to organize a re-enactment of the Battle of San Juan Hill, Grandpa sternly says he will have nothing to do with it, because of how he embellished his old stories of what his duties where in it. However, a special guest to the re-enactment informs Grandpa that he truly was a hero in the battle in his eyes.
