Ep 11. Snacks On A Place

In Top Chef season 3 episode 11 titled "Snacks on a Plane," the remaining chefs are tasked with creating snacks for first-class airline passengers. The chefs must create three different snacks that could be served on a flight, each using a different cooking method.
