Ep 1. Prescription of Hell

Prescription of Hell is the first episode of Triage X which follows the story of Mochizuki General Hospital's Secret Black Label Organization. The organization is made up of a group of highly skilled individuals who are dedicated to eliminating "evil" people who cannot be brought to justice through legal means. The team compromises of doctors, nurses, and a computer specialist who all work together to ensure that their targets are dealt with in the most effective ways possible.

The episode begins with the organization's newest member, a nurse named Arashi, arriving at the hospital for her first day on the job. Though initially reluctant, Arashi quickly becomes intrigued by the unconventional methods used by her colleagues to rid the world of the criminal element. She is introduced to the team leader, a doctor named Mikoto, who explains to her the importance of the organization's mission.

The first target of the organization in this episode is a corrupt doctor who has been over-prescribing dangerous medication to his patients in order to receive kickbacks from pharmaceutical companies. The team sets out to gather evidence against the doctor in order to expose him and bring him to justice.

As the investigation progresses, the team begins to uncover more sinister details about the doctor's activities. It is revealed that he has been performing illegal surgeries on his patients in order to harvest their organs and sell them on the black market. The only way to stop him is to take drastic action and the team begins to plan their attack.

In the meantime, Arashi is tasked with treating a patient who has been abused by her husband. The woman has been severely beaten and is in critical condition. Arashi discovers that the woman is not alone and that her abuser is also a target of the organization. She begins to question the morality of the organization's methods and whether or not their actions truly serve the greater good.

As the team prepares for their attack on the corrupt doctor, they must face off against a group of heavily armed men who are guarding the facility. The action-packed climax sees the team use all of their skills to take down the guards and stop the doctor.

Prescription of Hell sets the stage for a thrilling series that is packed with action, suspense, and moral dilemmas. The characters are well-developed and the story is engaging from start to finish. Fans of anime and action will find a lot to like in Triage X and will be eager to see where the story goes next.
