Triple D Nation is a television series that features a renowned chef, Guy Fieri, in search of Indiana's finest foodspiration. In season one, Guy revisits the chefs and restaurants previously featured in his hit show, Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives, to catch up on their latest ventures and sample new dishes.

In episode 14 of Triple D Nation season 1, titled International Affair, Guy Fieri travels around the world to explore the international cuisine scene. Guy also tries some of the other Korean-inspired dishes, such as Korean-style tacos and soft shell crab Bibimbap.

In Montreal, Guy visits a vegetarian restaurant that specializes in Indian cuisine. He learns how to make a delicious lentil soup and Samosas, a traditional Indian appetizer, with the chefs using local ingredients. Guy also tries a vegetarian Thali plate, a platter of various Indian dishes served with rice and Naan bread.

In London, Guy visits a pub that serves traditional British food with a modern twist. He tries the fish and chips, made with fresh halibut coated in a beer batter and fried to perfection. He also samples the Beef Wellington, a classic British dish made with filet mignon wrapped in pastry and served with mushroom sauce. The chef also shows Guy how to make a classic English dessert, the Sticky Toffee Pudding, served with vanilla ice cream.

In the final leg of his journey, Guy visits a restaurant in Tokyo that serves traditional Japanese food. He learns how to make sushi from a master sushi chef and tries different kinds of sushi, such as Nigiri, Maki, and Temaki. He also samples some of the other Japanese dishes such as Yakitori, grilled chicken skewers, and Ramen, a warm and comforting noodle soup.

The International Affair episode of Triple D Nation season 1 takes the viewers on a culinary journey around the world, exploring the different international cuisines and the stories behind the dishes. The episode showcases the talents of the chefs who have created new dishes from traditional recipes, and the use of local ingredients to create unique culinary experiences. Overall, the episode is a must-watch for food lovers who enjoy exploring new flavors and cultures.
