Guy tries their famous biscuits and gravy, as well as their signature smoked pork chops.

The episode concludes in Portland, Oregon, where Guy visits Chef Vitaly Paley at his restaurant Paley's Place Bistro & Bar. Chef Paley is known for his French-inspired cuisine and use of local ingredients. Guy samples some of his dishes, including a trout dish and a pork belly dish.
