We Are Men is a television sitcom that aired on CBS back in 2013. The show revolves around a young man named Carter Thomas, played by Christopher Nicholas Smith, who is left at the altar by his fiancé. After the failed wedding, Carter moves into a short-term apartment complex called The Hollywoodian, where he befriends three older men who are all also going through tough relationship situations.

The first of the older men is Stuart Weber, played by Jerry O'Connell. Stuart is a successful urologist who has gone through multiple divorces and is beginning to realize that he may be the one at fault for his failed marriages. The second is Gil Bartis, played by Kal Penn. Gil is a former successful investment banker who has just lost everything in a Ponzi scheme and is trying to start over as a writer. The third is Frank Russo, played by Tony Shalhoub. Frank is a womanizer who is going through his third divorce and is currently living in the complex full-time.

As the four men bond over their shared romantic struggles, they come to realize that they all have something to contribute to the group. While Carter is the youngest and most inexperienced, he offers a fresh perspective on relationships and serves as a sounding board for the older men. Stuart brings his medical knowledge to the table, while Gil offers the group his insights into finance and investing. Finally, Frank shares his experience as a lifelong womanizer, which often leaves the others shaking their heads in disbelief.

As the episodes progress, the men begin to learn from each other and grow both as individuals and as a group. They all come to realize that their past failed relationships have made them better and that they can move on to find happiness again. Along the way, they encounter various obstacles, ranging from car troubles to legal problems to unexpected romantic interests.

One of the recurring themes of the show is the idea of masculinity and what it means to be a man. Each of the characters brings a different perspective on this issue, and they all come to realize that there is no one way to be a man or to handle relationships. Ultimately, they learn that being supportive of each other and accepting of their differences is what makes them stronger.

In addition to the main characters, the show features a number of supporting actors, including Aya Cash as Frank's ex-wife, Fiona Gubelmann as Carter's ex-fiancé, Tracey McCall as Stuart's assistant, and Rebecca Breeds as a potential love interest for Carter. The interactions between these characters provide additional depth and humor to the show.

Overall, We Are Men is a lighthearted sitcom that explores the complexities of relationships and the meaning of masculinity. While it only aired for one season, it has a fun and memorable cast of characters that make it well worth watching.
