Ep 9. Sal's Pizza

Detective Jake Peralta has been tasked with taking care of Captain Raymond Holt's dog, Cheddar, for the weekend. However, Jake's plans to have a relaxing weekend with his girlfriend, Sophia, are interrupted when he receives a call about a robbery at Sal's Pizza, a local pizzeria. The squad rushes to the scene, only to find out that the robber had stolen the recipe for Sal's famous pizza sauce.

Amy Santiago takes charge of the investigation, and with Jake's help, they begin to gather clues and interview witnesses. Meanwhile, Detective Terry Jeffords struggles to resist the temptation of Sal's mouth-watering pizza. As the investigation progresses, tensions rise when they discover that the case may involve someone close to them.

Captain Holt, who is away at a conference, checks in with the squad and offers his insights on the case. However, he also shares his concerns about Jake's ability to take care of Cheddar. Back at the precinct, Gina Linetti tries to find a way to make extra money by selling her homemade perfume.

As the investigation reaches its climax, the squad realizes that the culprit is closer than they thought. With time running out, they must race to solve the case before Sal's Pizza loses its secret sauce forever. Will they be able to crack the case and save the day?
