Guy Fieri is back with another edition of "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives" and this time, he's taking viewers on an international trip - all without leaving the United States. In season 14, episode 10, titled "International Eats," Guy sets his sights on a multitude of restaurants scattered across America that serve up dishes from a range of different cuisines.

The episode starts with Guy making a stop at a Lebanese restaurant in Cincinnati. The owner, a former grocery store manager, is a self-taught chef who serves up traditional Lebanese seafood dishes like grilled octopus and fish tanjine. Next, Guy travels to St. Louis to check out a restaurant that serves Korean-inspired fried chicken. The restaurant is run by a husband-and-wife team who are experts in the art of frying chicken. The chicken is first marinated in a spicy sauce before being fried and served with a wide array of dipping sauces.

After some mouth-watering fried chicken, Guy heads to Cleveland to sample some delicious Puerto Rican cuisine. This spot is a small and unassuming restaurant that embodies the spirit of Puerto Rican hospitality. The restaurant's signature dish is the slow-roasted pork shoulder, which is marinated for hours in a blend of spices and herbs. Guy can't resist the temptation to try it out and is blown away by the flavors and tenderness of the meat.

The journey continues as Guy makes his way to a cozy Dominican restaurant in Washington, DC. The restaurant's owner, a Dominican native, serves up hearty home-style dishes that remind him of his childhood. The highlight of the meal is the stewed goat dish that is simmered for hours until the meat is tender and flavorful. Guy admits that he's never tried goat before, but after one bite, he's hooked.

Next, Guy visits a restaurant in Austin that serves authentic Thai street food. The owner learned to cook from his grandmother, who was born and raised in Thailand. The dishes are made with fresh ingredients that are imported straight from the homeland, and the flavors are nothing short of amazing. Guy tries a few different dishes, including the pad kee mao, a spicy noodle dish that's packed with flavor.

In the final stop of the episode, Guy heads to a restaurant in Massachusetts that serves classic Portuguese cuisine. The owner, a native of Portugal, has been cooking up traditional dishes for over 20 years. The restaurant's signature dish is the arroz de mariscos, a rice dish that's loaded with seafood like lobster, clams, and shrimp. Guy is blown away by the dish and notes that it's a must-try for anyone who loves seafood.

Throughout the episode, Guy is blown away by the range of different cuisines that he gets to try. From Lebanese seafood to Korean fried chicken to Puerto Rican pork shoulder, it's clear that America truly is a melting pot of different cultures and cuisines. It's episodes like this one that make viewers want to pack their bags and hit the road in search of the best food America has to offer.
