Viewers at home will learn how a modeling agency works when they watch Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency. The show will be hosted by Janice who films what it's liked to own and operate a modeling agency. Janice herself is a model who started out when supermodels first made an appearance.

The show can be seen on Oxygen and first premiered in June of 2006. You will watch as Janice faces trials and tribulations in order to make her modeling agency a success. You will learn what it takes to be a supermodel or to model in general. While watching, you get to see what models have to do in order to survive through photo sessions and what happens if you are unable to fulfill the photographer's needs.

For season one going into season two, they aired a Christmas special that was titled Christmas with the Dickinson's. In this episode, Janice Dickinson will spend the holidays with some of her models along with her family. Janice's son is also heavily involved in the modeling agency and you will get to see his take on the agency during many of the episodes.

Drama will unfold in many of the episodes as you watch other models compete and try to sabotage other models that are competing to be the best supermodel. The models are given all the tools and tricks they need in order to be successful while many of the models will ultimately fail because they failed to follow instructions. Drama will unfold as not only girls but guys participate in things that they are not supposed to be participating in. For instance, drama will unfold when Janice discovers that one of her models is sleeping with someone she is connected to through the modeling agency. Janice must step forward to eliminate the drama and will need to choose between backing up her model or firing someone involved in the agency.
