Tia & Tamera is a reality sitcom that follows the lives of sister Tia Mowry-Hardrict and Tamera Mowry-Housley. The show was created by Jason Carbone, Tia Mowry, Tamera Mowry, Adam Griffin, and Sarah Weidman, and can be viewed regularly on the Style Network.

Tia and Tamera earned their claim to fame as twin child actresses, starring in their own daytime television series, and even their own motion pictures. Now that Tia and Tamera are adults, they are showing the world who they have become, and how their lives have changed since their glamorous childhood.

Tia and Tamera continue struggling with the balance of work, love, and family. The twins continue to pursue separate acting careers, but still manage to make time for one another. Tia continues to act and produce while attending college to earn a degree in psychology at Pepperdine University. Tia also reveals intimate details about her relationship with her husband, Cory Hardrict, and prepares to usher their first child into the world, with Tamera by her side.

Tamera also continues to act and produce while working towards a bachelor degree in psychology. Tamera helps Tia through her pregnancy, as her own maternal instincts start to kick in. Tamera babysits Tia's baby, Cree, in order to better understand the responsibilities of motherhood.

As the stresses of motherhood finally sink in for Tia, Tamera is also struggling to balance her family and work life. As their communication lessens and tempers flair, the sisters decide to get help. Tia and Tamara decide to see a professional counselor in order to learn how to better communicate with each other.

Now, Tamera's life is changing, as she becomes engaged to Fox News correspondent, Adam Housley, and starts a family of her own. Viewers will have to tune in to see how this turn of events will affect the sisters' relationship, and how the two sisters will balance their new families with their acting careers.
