A Certain Scientific Railgun Season 1 Episode 7 Abilities and Powers

In A Certain Scientific Railgun season 1 episode 7, "Abilities and Powers," we continue to follow the story of Mikoto Misaka, the third strongest in Academy City, as she investigates some unusual crimes occurring in the city. They attempt to stop her from using it, but Ruiko is determined to improve her abilities and impress her friends. Mikoto and her friends are forced to battle Ruiko and her newfound powers, leading to a dramatic showdown.
