According To Jim Season 4 Episode 10 Stalking Santa

Jim and Cheryl's youngest daughter, Gracie, refuses to believe in Santa Claus, much to the disappointment of her siblings. Determined to make her believe, Jim decides to dress up as Santa and surprise her on Christmas Eve. However, his plan goes awry when he gets stuck in the chimney and is mistaken for an actual burglar by their neighbor, Andy. As a result, Jim finds himself being stalked by Andy as he tries to escape and make it back into his own house.

Meanwhile, Cheryl's brother, Dana, comes to visit and reveals that he has quit his job as a lawyer to pursue his dream of becoming a professional bowler. Cheryl is initially skeptical, but begins to support him after he proves his talent to her. However, she becomes increasingly worried when he starts spending all his savings on expensive bowling equipment and traveling to tournaments.

As Jim continues to evade Andy's pursuit, he runs into other obstacles including getting tangled up in Christmas lights and encountering a group of carolers who mistake him for a homeless person. Meanwhile, Cheryl and Dana's relationship is put to the test when he reveals that he has been hiding a secret from her.

In the end, Jim manages to make it back into his own house and surprise Gracie with a visit from Santa Claus. Dana also confesses his secret to Cheryl, who accepts and supports him in his pursuit of his dream. The family comes together to celebrate Christmas and enjoy each other's company.
