Alias Season 2 Episode 13 Phase One

After several weeks of being in a coma, Sydney wakes up to find out that SD-6 has been destroyed and her friends and family believed she was dead. Sloane explains to her that he has turned against the Alliance and wants to cooperate with the CIA to take them down. Sydney meets with Vaughn and Dixon to discuss her next mission, which involves infiltrating the Alliance and finding out what their next move is. In order to do this, she must go through a series of tests to prove her loyalty to the Alliance.

Meanwhile, Jack Bristow is still dealing with the loss of his wife and the revelation that he has another daughter, while also trying to keep Sydney safe. He starts to suspect that Irina Derevko, the mother of both Sydney and her half-sister Nadia, might still be alive and involved with the Alliance. Jack sets out to find Irina and confront her about her involvement.

As Sydney gets deeper into the Alliance, she starts to uncover some shocking secrets about its true purpose. However, her cover is blown and she finds herself face to face with the Alliance leader, who has a deadly plan in motion. Sydney must use all her skills and resources to stop the Alliance from carrying out their ultimate goal, known as "Phase One".
