Ep 7. Detente

Sydney Bristow is a double agent working for the CIA against the enemy organization known as SD-6. In Alias season 4 episode 7 titled Detente, Sydney is tasked with infiltrating a mysterious corporation and retrieving a dangerous biological weapon. The only problem is that this corporation is headed by Anna Espinosa, Sydney's long-time nemesis.

As Sydney prepares for her mission, she is confronted by her father Jack Bristow who has some troubling news. Jack reveals that he has been working for a secret CIA branch known as "Authorized Personnel Only" (APO), and that he has uncovered evidence of a potential mole in the organization. Sydney is shocked by this news and agrees to help her father investigate, even as she prepares for her mission against Anna.

Sydney's mission begins with a tense meeting with Anna and her associates. Anna seems to be aware of Sydney's past attempts to take her down, but Sydney manages to maintain her cover by posing as a mercenary seeking work. Sydney quickly contacts her team at APO to inform them of Anna's plan. Together, they formulate a plan to steal the weapon and replace it with a fake. However, things quickly go wrong when Sydney's cover is blown and she ends up locked inside the safe with the real weapon. To make matters worse, Anna is now aware of Sydney's true allegiance and is determined to kill her.

Meanwhile, Jack and his APO team are hot on the trail of the organization's mole. They uncover a shocking betrayal that puts the entire team in danger. With both Sydney and Jack's teams in jeopardy, the episode reaches a suspenseful climax as everyone races to complete their missions and keep each other safe.
