Sydney is forced to confront her past when a powerful criminal minds organization, known as The Covenant, kidnaps her old friend Will Tippin. They demand that Sydney gives them access to a highly classified Rambaldi artifact, in exchange for Will's life. Sydney must use all her skills and resources to rescue Will and prevent The Covenant from obtaining the artifact. In the meantime, Jack and Vaughn deal with the aftermath of a mission gone wrong, and Dixon confronts an old enemy from his past.
