Ancient Mysteries is a narrative TV show for old myths, and other wonders of the world to more contemporary legends yet to be fully understood by scientists and historians. It was nominated for Golden Satellite Award in 2005 for best documentary. The crew of Ancient Mysteries is consisting of very well experienced individuals. Most episodes of Ancient Mysteries are hosted by Leonard Nimoy, who starred more than 120 titles and won Lifetime Achievement Award and Saturn Award from Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy & Horror Films. Episodes of the TV show are written by Tom Jennings, a renowned engineer and artist who created the one of most influential network file-messaging systems, and Gregory Orr, a writer and director of several American documentaries.

Ancient Mysteries covers far more than just old, ancient mysteries. "The Sacred Water of Lourdes" and "Secrets of the Romanovs" treat sensitive urban legends which are still influential to today's societies. "The Sacred Water of Lourdes" presents hidden truths and interweaved interests in the power of the healing holy water of Lourdes, using scientific, economic and religious perspective on the holy water from France which is now sold as an economical product. "Secrets of the Romanovs" investigates the end of Romanov family after the fall of Russian Empire in 1917, illuminating the fate of the fallen Russian royal family members during the World War I and digging unearthed facts during the rise of Soviet Union which are still related to current Russian Federation.
