Ep 14. AWOL

In this episode of Army Wives, titled "AWOL," tensions are high as several characters face personal and professional challenges. Denise's son Jeremy returns home from Afghanistan and struggles with adjusting to civilian life, while Claudia Joy works to support her daughter Emmalin as she experiences a difficult situation at school. Meanwhile, Roxy grapples with the possibility of Trevor being deployed again, and Joan confronts a difficult decision about her future in the military.

As Jeremy returns home, Denise is excited to have him back but soon realizes that he is struggling to adapt to being home. Haunted by his experiences overseas, Jeremy withdraws from his family and friends and turns to alcohol to cope. Denise is devastated by her son's behavior and reaches out to his commanding officer for help. However, the situation escalates when Jeremy goes AWOL and Denise finds herself in a race against time to find him before he does something he'll regret.

Meanwhile, Claudia Joy becomes embroiled in a controversy at Emmalin's school when a fellow student accuses her of cheating. Despite her daughter's protests of innocence, Claudia Joy finds herself faced with a difficult decision about how to handle the situation. With Emmalin's academic future on the line, she must decide how far she's willing to go to defend her daughter's honor.

Roxy, too, is facing her own set of challenges as she grapples with the possibility of Trevor being deployed again. Despite her fears, she vows to support her husband and do whatever it takes to keep their family together. However, as Trevor prepares to leave, Roxy finds herself struggling with the reality of being alone and wonders if she's made the right choice.

Finally, Joan finds herself at a crossroads as she confronts the possibility of leaving the military. Despite her intense dedication to her job, Joan's injuries have made it impossible for her to continue serving in the field. With the support of her friends and family, Joan must decide whether to retire from the Army or try to find another way to serve.

As the episode unfolds, tensions mount and emotions run high as each character faces the challenges before them. With the support of their loved ones and the strength they've earned through their service, the characters of Army Wives continue to fight for what they believe in and strive to overcome the obstacles in their path.
