However, she does give them some advice on how to improve their physical abilities, telling them to focus on building endurance rather than strength.

The episode ends with the students of class F putting Ms. Sakamoto's advice into practice by jogging around the school track. They also make a pact to win the upcoming battle against class A, and to do it without resorting to cheating or underhanded tactics.
