This villain, named Metalhead, is a former stand-up comedian who has undergone a bizarre transformation that has left him with a metal mask permanently attached to his face.

As Batman investigates the recent crime waves in Gotham, he discovers that Metalhead is behind the theft of several valuable artifacts from local museums. With the help of his trusty sidekick Robin, Batman sets out to stop Metalhead before he can carry out his ultimate plan: to destroy Gotham with a deadly virus that he has developed.

Meanwhile, Bruce Wayne is forced to confront his own comedic abilities when he is invited to participate in a charity stand-up event. With the help of his witty butler Alfred, Bruce prepares for his first-ever comedy routine. However, his nerves are quickly tested when he discovers that Metalhead is also performing at the charity event. As the two men face off on stage, it becomes clear that Metalhead's transformation has left him with an unnatural ability to control the minds of his audience members.

As Batman battles Metalhead in the streets, Bruce finds himself in a battle of wits on stage.
