Battle on the Block was a home renovation competition show that aired on HGTV in 2010. The show was hosted by Genevieve Gorder, who is known for her design work on various HGTV shows, and Grant Stern, a contractor and renovation expert. The show followed three teams of homeowners who were in desperate need of a home renovation but couldn't afford it themselves.
