They are particularly interested in finding a property that has access to a dock, where they can keep their boat and enjoy the maze of waterway boating that surrounds the islands. After touring a home with an expansive dock and outdoor living area, they quickly make an offer and win the day.

Lastly, the third couple, Terri and her friend Michael, are searching for a quieter option in the Florida Keys where they can escape winter in their home state of Ohio. They view a beautiful home with stunning views, but ultimately decide the location's isolation is an issue and instead opt for a colorful home with a nearby beach and all the amenities they need.
