This real-estate purchase series follows prospective homeowners and their real estate agents as they look for properties to buy in beach-front communities. This water-focused series is a spinoff of the House Hunters series, which debuted on HGTV in 1999. The original series has been accused of sometimes staging its house-hunting scenarios.
