In season 4, episode 25 of Bizarre Foods: Delicious Destinations, we are taken on a culinary journey to the Indonesian island of Bali. The episode concludes with a visit to a local beachside shack where a variety of seafood is grilled over an open flame. Zimmern samples grilled squid, prawns and snapper, all served with a side of sambal, a spicy chili sauce.
