Michael tries the wings and declares them "the best wings I've ever had." Carey then brings out another one of his famous dishes, the "Redneck Taco," which features pulled pork on top of a cornbread pancake, topped with slaw and sauce.

Michael's final stop of the episode is at Smokin Thighs, a restaurant specializing in smoked chicken thighs. Michael samples the "Hot Thighs," which are coated in a fiery habanero sauce and served with a side of cooling ranch dressing. Despite the heat, Michael can't stop raving about the flavor of the chicken thighs.
