In "You've Got Ale," Carnival Eats takes viewers to the Topsfield Fair in Massachusetts, where they explore all kinds of unique food and beverage offerings. Host Noah Cappe starts out at The Dapper Doughnut stand, where they offer up gourmet doughnuts with ale-infused toppings that pair perfectly with the local brews. Next up, he visits Suki's Kimchi, a Korean food stand that offers a twist on traditional dishes like bulgogi and kimchi fries. But it's their massive kimchi grilled cheese sandwich that steals the show.

No episode of Carnival Eats would be complete without a visit to a BBQ joint, and "You've Got Ale" doesn't disappoint. Noah checks out Two Little Pig's BBQ, where the pulled pork sandwich is piled high with coleslaw and mac and cheese, and topped off with a generous helping of BBQ sauce. From there, he heads over to Drewski's Hot Rod Kitchen, where they're serving up gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches with unexpected ingredients like Nutella and bacon jam. But the real star of the show is their "Greengo Grilled Cheese," a sandwich made with a green tortilla stuffed with cheese, avocado, and salsa.

Of course, no visit to the Topsfield Fair would be complete without sampling some of the local brews. At the beer garden, Noah meets up with head brewer Chris Lohring from Notch Brewing, a local brewery that specializes in session beer. Noah samples a few of their brews, including the classic Czech pilsner and their new "Rosie the Riveter" American pale ale. But the real treat comes when Noah tries a beer that's been brewed with actual maple syrup from the fair's maple syrup stand.

Finally, Noah heads over to the Fried Dough stand, where they're serving up elephant ears and funnel cakes, as well as a unique twist on the carnival classic: the "Waffle Bomb." This deep-fried waffle is stuffed with cream cheese and bacon, then drizzled with maple glaze.

In "You've Got Ale," Carnival Eats delivers all the delicious and unique food that viewers have come to expect, but with a special focus on local brews and creative pairings. From doughnuts to grilled cheese to beer-infused treats, this episode has something for every foodie.
