Noah's next stop is the Florida State Fair where he tries out an Asian twist on classic fair food – Philly cheesesteak egg rolls. These crispy and flavorful egg rolls are filled with cheese, Korean beef, and sautéed vegetables and served with a side of sweet and sour sauce.
For a refreshing treat, Noah heads to the Pima County Fair in Arizona where he samples Thai rolled ice cream. This trendy dessert made its way to North American fairs and festivals and features ice cream that is rolled and served with a variety of toppings such as cookie crumbles, fruit, and syrups.
Finally, Noah travels to the Oregon State Fair for a taste of Taiwan with a bowl of beef noodle soup. This hearty and comforting soup is a staple dish in Taiwan and features tender beef, chewy noodles, and a flavorful broth made with spices and herbs.
