Noah samples the "Tot Dog," a hot dog served on a bed of tater tots. The dish is then topped with chili and cheese and served with a side of crispy fried onions.

Next, we are taken to Edmonton, Canada, where Noah visits K-Days – the city's annual fair. Here, he tries the "Porcupine Corn Dog." This dish is a corn dog, where the hotdog is covered in a bed of french fries, giving it a spiky, porcupine-like appearance.

Noah then travels south to Minneapolis, Minnesota, to the "Minnesota State Fair," where he tries a dish that combines two classic carnival foods: cheese curds and funnel cakes. The dish is called "Funnel Fries," and it consists of bite-sized funnel cake pieces topped with melted cheese curds and bacon bits.

After Minnesota, Noah heads to Spokane, Washington, to the "Spokane County Interstate Fair." Here, he tries the "Waffle Cone Sundae," which is a waffle cone filled with soft serve ice cream, whipped cream, and topped with a generous drizzle of hot fudge sauce. Noah then moves to the "North Carolina State Fair," where he samples a dish that is a staple of Southern cuisine: the "Cheerwine Funnel Cake." The dish is a classic funnel cake, where the batter is infused with Cheerwine – a cherry-flavored soda that is popular in the South.

Finally, Noah travels to the "Calgary Stampede" in Alberta, Canada, where he tries a unique dish that combines two classic carnival foods: poutine and corn dogs. The dish is called "Poutine Dogs," and it consists of hotdogs that are wrapped in crispy french fries and topped with cheese curds and gravy.
